Morgan's Photography Skills

Okay so maybe she needs some practice, but if she wants to take good pictures she can.

All you have to do is tell her which button to push and she is set!

Tanner's Gymnastics

Tanner has somehow learned how to do gymnastics. We're not really sure how because he doesn't watch us very much, but he sure does know how to do his "moves." I have no idea what this is called, but he's good at doing it.

This is the start of his somersault, he needs a little push to get all the way over.
This is my favorite of his "moves" he is attempting to do a bridge (I think) It must really hurt his neck but he enjoys doing it.

My Birthday :)

Well...my birthday was actually on the 3rd of Sept. but I have been VERY behind on blogging (as you can see). I turned 13 and these were just some pics. of my party.

Gifts, Gifts, Gifts...

And best of all, the games. I found this game on the internet where you have to have a blindfold over someone then they have a wooden spoon in their hand and they have to go and feel people and guess who they are (this was the funniest game ever).

It could get scary sometimes :)

It was really hard to keep your laughs in and it got some-what 'uncomfortable' to have a wooden spoon touching you.

We did much more but I was so entertained and didn't get many pictures, but it was lots of fun!

Update

Sorry I havn't updated in forever but I've been kinda busy, between the end of summer :( and school starting.

Morgan's 4th Birthday was July 21st but I was too busy to update. This is her bestfriend Chloe, they were both excitied to open the presents.
We had more pictures but they weren't very good so this is the only one I'm going to post.

On Aug. 6th I got braces. I'm starting to somewhat get used to them but they still get annoying sometimes.

Tanner has found that he can open the back door by himself and he likes to sneek out. If the house gets really quite you know he has escaped because he always makes lots of noise when he's inside.

He is a big trouble maker...he knocked down the chair and was running away (one smart boy.)

Okay this might seem a little silly that I am posting this but I couldn't resist :) This is the best chocolate you have ever had! It is chocolate truffles from Deseret Book.

Home At Last

Today we got home from our 3-week vacation in Utah. It was a really fun trip. We went out for my cousin Dacya's wedding and our family reunion. Later I will post all the pictures and write about the whole trip.

Colby's 18th Birthday

Yesterday Colby turned 18. We had the whole family here...it was lots of fun. We had a cookout but inside because it was raining on and off all day. But we found time in between the rain to grill the hamburgers and hotdogs. Here are just a few pictures of his cake.

Another Lesson Learned...

NEVER put a chicken finger on the sliver shelf thingie in your microwave!!! You might catch it on fire!

All I did was put my one chicken finger on the sliver part in my microwave and I was thinking it would be just fine. Well, I was wrong...VERY wrong. I look over just in time to see this HUGE spark go up in the air. I open the microwave to find little parts of my chicken finger black. And to smell that TERRIBLE smell when something's burnt. Not a very good experience.

I've Now Learned My Lesson...

NEVER let Tanner nap in just his diaper. I heard him crying so I go into the bedroom to check on him. Well, what I fould was not what I was expecting. I found him on one side of his bed crying and his diaper on the other side of the bed. Now I know he can take off his diaper all by himself...I'm still deciding if that's a good thing or not.

A Big Boy

Tanner has now decided he is a big boy. He doesn't think he needs help with many of the things he does. The other night we were outside playing when he learned how to walk up the slide (thanks to Morgan). So now he loves climbing up it as you can see... Tanner is so happy when he's outside. :)

This is the first time he's gone down the slide on his stomach, he's doesn't know what to think about it.

Mom's Birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!! I hope you had a GREAT day and enjoyed all the presents from Morgan. I LOVE YOU!!! Morgan gave my mom "presents" they were just things she found around the house to make into presents. She was SO proud of herself. Here are some pictures of the gifts Morgan gave Mom.

A Night at Valeria's

A few days ago we had a sleepover at Valeria's house. She has been gone in Mexico, and it was their Spring Break so she invited all us girls (Ariel, Elica, and Me) to her house for a sleepover. We did lots of crazy things and had TONS of fun!!! Here are just a few pictures of us all. We were all trying to jump at the same time...it some-what worked.

We were played a game where one person had to say something to another person and try to get them to smile. So here is Elica trying to get Valeria to smile/laugh.

And of course...you can't have a sleepover without a movie. So we watched 'The Dark Knight'

Morgan + Lotion =

Yes, these truely are the joys Morgan. We all thought she was just watching her T.V. show, until I went out to see that she was putting lotion ALL over her leg! It took lots of scrubbing to get it off, but on the bright side she smelled good all day!!
